• End of terrace two storey property on shallow footings with subsidence related damage, cracking and deterioration of the front bay.
  

Solution

• Bersche-Rolt engineer carried out a site investigation and drain survey
• The external walls were underpinned
• The front bay was demolished and reconstructed
• The remaining damaged external walls were repaired and reinforced with Bersche-Rolt stainless steel masonry reinforcement.
