End of terrace traditionally built semi with two storey bay to the front.

Extensive cracking to all elevations caused by subsidence.

Investigations by B-R found shallow footings and widespread damaged to the drainage system.

Solution

Drainage repairs.

Underpinned external walls.

Rebuild two-storey front bay on new footings and parts of rear elevation.

Crack stitching and lateral restraint ties installed to gable end.

Landscaped garden, fencing, patio etc.
