Properties fall below Government standards for energy efficiency and heat retention.

External wall insulation specified to all elevations.

Solution

EPS insulation and silicon render finish applied to all properties to bring up to current Government standards.
Finish render colour chosen by tenants.
UPVC shiplap cladding applied over insulation to match previous.
All downpipes and guttering also renewed.
