Many buildings provide good quality accommodation but their market value is low and expensive repair schemes cannot be justified. However, Bersche-Rolt's complete package approach concentrates on determining the cause of the structural defects and then considers the most cost effective repair solution, which has resulted in a considerable reduction in underpinning projects and client repair expenditure.

The initial survey is carried out free of charge and our engineer works closely with the site surveyors to decide on the best method of repair. If further investigation works are required, we are equipped to carry out trial pit excavations and CCTV drain surveys.

The survey information is then brought together by our estimators to form a detailed set of proposals, accompanied by an engineer's report and drawings, where necessary.
