Training

Bersche-Rolt recognises that effective training is vital to our strategy of maintaining in-house expertise and the effective management of health and safety within our business.

All members of our site team are entered on a rolling training programme of both external and in-house training courses, as well as day to day training via regular on site toolbox talks.

In this way we aim to change our employee’s perception of risk, which results in significant improvements in health and safety performance, preparing them to work safely and reducing accidents and damage to premises and equipment.  It is also a general factor in motivating employees, and can ensure that employees are competent and confident when carrying out their duties.
