Bersche-Rolt offer a complete lintel installation service which includes a free of charge lintel condition survey, and a design and installation service. We install both traditional lintels and our patented stainless steel reinforced masonry lintel systems.

Our reinforced masonry lintels are installed above window and door openings to form composite masonry beams which ensure the safe installation of replacement u-PVC windows. They are also installed where the existing lintels are defective, have failed or have started to rotate.

This method of forming lintels significantly reduces disruption to the building and its occupants, in addition to showing significant cost and time savings when compared to traditional methods of repair.

By using advanced manufacturing, drilling and grouting techniques, the reinforcement is fully concealed within the building envelope and its layout is readily adapted to deal with a wide variety of situations, such as the presence of an existing cavity tray or tile crease drip detail, or where there is brickwork over windows under the eaves.

The Bersche-Rolt reinforced masonry lintel system has been independently tested by the University of Bradford and was shown to conform to a standard which exceeds the requirements of BS5628: Part 2 for Reinforced Masonry.

Features:

  • High tensile Grade 304 or 316 stainless steel (1.4301 to BS EN 10088)
